My First Avatar
In the spirit of 23 things and doing something new, I have created my first avatar. It was fun! I could have spent hours tweeking it to be just right, but new mommies need to manage their time more wisely. This process was very similar to creating Wii Miis on the Wii gaming system I have. My husband and I have a habit of creating a Mii for everyone who visits our how. Yes, we started this practice long before our son arrived. We can kinda be big kids ourselves sometimes. Hey, technology is fun, especially when you can make likenesses of yourselves.

I know what you mean. I have spent way too much time fooling around with it. It's too much fun. Yours looks cute!
ReplyDeleteWay too much time! I went to SitePal and created one that talked...Then I couldn't get it on this site or even in my files. after about 4 hours I gave up. Well, not exactly. Today I spent an hour on gabcast trying to figure out how to add the animation to the picture I have. I KNOW it's possible somehow!
ReplyDeleteI liked my avatar a lot better than on the Wii... They are not kind to a few extra pounds:) It could also be that they are right next to my 14 and 12 year olds that are athletes.
